Inspection visits include a professional review of all applicable work completed by TROC, including caulking, grout, finishes, and general condition. Minor adjustments and touch-ups are completed during the visit when possible, and any recommendations are communicated clearly afterward.
Are materials included in the Home Care Plans?
The Home Care Plans include labour only. Any materials, parts, or specialty items required are billed separately at standard rates. This ensures transparency and keeps plan pricing fair and predictable.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Home Care Plan at any time. Plans renew annually and may be cancelled prior to renewal. Any unused services do not carry over to the following year.
