We had The Renovators of Canada renovate our entire main floor, including the kitchen, powder room, flooring, trim, and lighting, and we’re so happy with how everything turned out. The whole team was great to deal with. They kept us updated, were easy to communicate with, and the quality of the work was excellent. The kitchen especially came out even better than we expected. Renovations are never perfect, but whenever something came up, they handled it quickly and made sure we were happy with the end result. I’d definitely recommend The Renovators of Canada to anyone looking for a contractor. Thanks again for all the hard work!Posted on Google
Bonnie StaringHighly recommend TROC (The Renovators of Canada) after they renovated our kitchen and entryway. From the initial visit with Steven to William's management of the project from demolition through to the finishing touches, they found ways for us to save money, time, and hassle. Not only did they complete the job on budget, but they also finished on time, which is rare for projects of this size (a complete tear-down and rebuild). We were kept informed every step of the way, and we only had one "no work" day because the team completed part of the project faster than they anticipated. (Gotta love that!) We appreciated being able to share ideas throughout the entire process, benefit from their advice, and end up with a kitchen and entryway we're going to love for years to come. Thank you, TROC!Posted on Google
Alison GreavesRecently completed a full basement renovation (gut and full rebuild with a full bath) in midtown Toronto and the TROC team did an amazing job. Working with our project manager Jeff was a breeze, he kept our project on schedule, handled any issues that arose quickly finding solutions for us to assess and the finished result is better than what we expected. The team was very professional, took extra steps to make sure everything was to our expectation and able to work in a complex building with ease. Looking forward to hiring the team back for all future renovations!!Posted on Google
Marilyn CaseyOur kitchen reno was done June 23 to July 10 We are very pleased with the results. William the project manager and his team of tradespeople were informative, reassuring and skilled. They made sure we knew who was arriving, what work was going to be done and what the next steps were. All invoicing was tracked efficiently without any surprises. William makes you feel like your reno concerns are his. Photos are before and after.Posted on Google
Debi NivenI cannot say enough about Jeff TINDALL as project manager and crew of T-ROC, I have used these guys for many different projects, and the on time and on budget delivery is flawless! Their workmanship and work ethic is outstanding! They always leave any space they have worked on better than when they found out and keep a clean and organized workspace. I am so impressed and will continue to call Jeff for any renovation need!Posted on Google

Richard JayWe recently underwent a total renovation of our dated ensuite bathroom. After interviewing 3 highly rated renovation companies, we decided to go with The Renovators of Canada- TROC. TROC was not the lowest cost nor fastest time estimate, but after meeting with the 3 companies, we chose TROC. They presented us with a detailed, organized, realistic plan. Mostly importantly for us , we had a strong confidence that we could work well and effectively with the TROC team. We made the RIGHT choice. They absolutely exceeded all our expectations. The cost estimates for each stage and facet of the reno were very accurate. Any additional costs were at our own discretion - upgrading fixtures or additional work done. The quality of the workmanship, materials, and fixtures used were outstanding. All the tradespeople were friendly, efficient, respectful and took great pride in their work. With any reno, there will always be unforeseen problems that arise. These were identified early and dealt with promptly and professionally by the TROC team without major disruption or any major additional costs. Our highest praise and recommendation must go to William, our Project Manager, who co-ordinated all the various facets and tradespeople of our complex reno as carefully and as closely as if it were his own personal reno. He was always available for questions, promptly responding to any concerns. Any problem that arose were dealt with within a few hours to 1-2 days. He kept us constantly "in the loop" with daily updates and scheduled jobs for the upcoming days ahead We would absolutely give TROC , a 5-star rating and would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a renovation in future. Giovani PenaI do recommend this company, they made my bathroom look like new in just 2 months, and that included removing and replacing walls, redesigning completly the washroom, couldn't be a better work! And I dont't write that many of reviews arround here, but this company deserved my time do write this down. The workmenship that they brought was also really calm and hard working people, resulting in a really fast construction.Load more
