What We Do
The Renovators of Canada brings more than 20 years of hands-on renovation experience to homeowners across Toronto.
We manage every project with a clear process, straightforward pricing, and craftsmanship that holds up long after the work is done.
Our Custom Process
Renovating a home in a city as varied as Toronto takes more than a standard checklist. That’s why The Renovators of Canada built our Custom Home Renovation Process, refined over more than one thousand projects and designed to remove the guesswork at every stage.
Home Renovations Built for Toronto Homes
Toronto homeowners come to us with very different starting points. Some are working with a century-old semi that needs updated systems and a smarter layout. Others are in a newer build and simply want finishes that match how they actually live. Either way, our team plans around the realities of your specific home before a single wall comes down.
Every project is backed by our 15-Year Transferable Craftsmanship Warranty, so the work is guaranteed to last, and that guarantee transfers with the home if you ever sell.
Alongside Toronto, we also renovate throughout the wider GTA, including Markham, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill, giving our team broad experience with the full range of homes found across the region.

What We Renovate in Toronto
The Renovators of Canada handles kitchen renovations and bathroom renovations for Toronto homeowners, from updated cabinetry and countertops to complete layout changes. That same attention to detail carries through to whole home renovations, where we help homeowners rework an entire house, room by room.
We also take on basements, additions, and ADU or garden suite projects, so larger renovation goals are covered under one roof, with one team managing the work from start to finish.

About Toronto, Ontario
Toronto is Canada’s largest city, home to nearly 3 million people across a mix of established neighbourhoods and newer developments. It’s made up of what were once separate municipalities, including North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, and East York, each with its own housing styles and character, alongside the older downtown core.
Because of that history, Toronto’s housing stock is unusually varied. Century homes and post-war semis sit close to newer infill builds and condo conversions, often on the same block. That mix means renovation needs differ a great deal from one home to the next, and from one neighbourhood to another.
