The Renovation Wow Factor
Client was super wowed with the countertop installed, which gave the first real look of the kitchen and then a second wow for them was the installation of the backsplash, as they always wished.

The Client’s Problem or Challenge
Before Conditions
Closet took too much space and wasn’t very much accessible. Doorway took space from the kitchen which could be used to have cabinets or change fridge position.
Site / Structural Hurdles
Plumbing was the old cast iron, which the client requested to be changed once we had all walls opened up.
The Solution & Execution
Work Performed
Kitchen door closed off. Fridge position changed, Hvac position changed, new cabinetry style designed as client requested.
Materials & Custom Features
Aline’s cabinets were adjusted to the client’s needs, with a small shelf above the sink as the client wanted it. Window trim adjusted to fit nicely between the counter and window. Custom backsplash featuring the colours of the London Underground subway map.
Key Decisions
As the clients decided to change the plumber we came up with the solution to remove the front door replacement from the quote, this way the whole project buget wouldn’t increase. As for the door we just replace the handle with a new style as the knob was the main problem of the door.
