Before Conditions

Front porch rejuvenation, porch was falling apart.

Site / Structural Hurdles

Stair stringers was completed rotten and needed to be replaced due to structural concerns.

The Solution & Execution

Work Performed

Redo all structural to give the proper strucutre and do a lift to the porch to make it all look great and new again.

Materials & Custom Features

Custom stairs tread to fit into the old porch. Rebuild post to match old ones around the porch.

Key Decisions

Old stain needed to be removed instead of being just painted over due to previous conditions and to make sure we would get the proper finish look.
